Let me guess, you don’t believe me do you. Think of your favorite local business or even a chain restaurant. If they are thriving, odds are they outsource! Outsourcing can be simple such as contracting a company to deliver  flowers from your local floral shop. Outsourcing doesn’t mean giving up your business to someone else, but passing off tasks to others in order for your business to grow and thrive! Humans are incredible creatures, but we can’t do it all, nor do we have to!

Marie Kondo Your To Do List

Most likely you remember in early 2019 when Marie Kondo and her decluttering show landed on your tv series recommendations. Her philosophy is getting rid of items, letting go of things that don’t bring you joy- using common sense of course :).  Who says you can’t do the same with your never ending to do list? Pass off tasks that do not bring you joy. Do you hate deciphering the latest Instagram algorithm, sending weekly newsletter, or trudging through your overflowing inbox? Marie Kondo that -ish! Easily pass those tasks off to a VA and turn your focus to something you do enjoy! I think Marie would be proud!

Wherever you’re at in your business, seriously consider outsourcing. I’m a Virtual Assistant and I could definitely use another VA to handle things I don’t have time to do or dislike doing! My first step in doing that was hiring a business coach! That took a lot of weight off my shoulders and saved me some brain power in deciding what to do next, or steps to take for larger endeavors! Soon, I’d like to outsource a few tasks to a VA specializing in what I need, giving me more time to focus elsewhere and grow my business!
